- Rescheduling Requests: Customers may reschedule their tour without any penalty if the request is made at least two (2) days before the originally scheduled tour date.
- Rescheduling Limitations: Rescheduling requests made less than two (2) days before the tour date will not be accommodated.
No-show Policy
- Non-refundable: If a customer does not show up for their scheduled tour, the payment is non-refundable. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if there are any issues preventing you from attending the tour.
Refunds for Special Circumstances
- Bad Weather: In the event of bad weather conditions that prevent the tour from taking place, we will issue a full refund.
- Emergencies: If a customer is unable to attend due to an emergency, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may issue a full refund.
Processing Time
- Refund Timeframe: All refunds will be processed within one (1) to two (2) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation, depending on the payment method used.
- Payment Methods: Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original booking.
